Position Description: 

The primary responsibility of the Bilingual (French) Customer Support Analyst is to provide professional, efficient, courteous and responsive support services along with first and/or second level functional, operational, procedural and technical expertise for a network supporting over 90,000 users.

They will also ensure 24x7 application software availability in support of mission critical business requirements. This role will function as both production support and development support for implementation projects. They will work with the Customer Support Manager and the senior IT management team to establish strategies and priorities for the overall IT operations by analyzing and understanding the current and future applications operations needs in order to formulate and recommend plans to keep pace with the business demands. In addition, they will identify problems, evaluate, assess priority and resolve where possible.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical telephone support to both English and French-speaking customers for all supported websites
  • Collect/prepare/maintain data used in the operation of ATDOnline and other related websites
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or higher (AAS Computer Technology preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in a high-volume, technical customer support role
  • Fluent in French
  • Excellent facilitation and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic call center environment

Desired

  • 3+ years PC support experience
  • 2+ years of customer support call center experience
