Position Description: 

The primary responsibilities of the Senior Director of Enterprise Digital Engagement are to be the primary customer facing touch point that would socialize and sell the ATD digital portfolio’s capabilities. This role will oversee Enterprise Engagement which is broken into two practices Enterprise Product Management and Sales Technology Enablement. Within this role the Senior Director of Enterprise Digital Engagement will take ownership of defining and managing a roadmap for new capabilities and features supporting Enterprise Engagement within the digital portfolio. The Senior Director of Enterprise Digital Engagement will oversee and manage training as well as integration of products and capabilities that drive and promote connectivity, loyalty and adoption of ATD’s digital portfolio.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary touch point for onboarding and enabling partner engagements on the digital platforms serving as a technical project facilitator / liaison for the onboarding process between ATD and the customer.
  • Collaborate with key leaders to envision, define, and plan technology solutions that increase customer satisfaction and sales and anticipate future business integration in areas such as mobile, international, future technologies, etc.
  • Review and analyze existing application effectiveness and efficiency, and then develop strategies for improving or leveraging these systems.
  • Gather voice-of-the-customer feedback both to solve customer needs with ATD’s existing technology solutions and to identify business development opportunities that could be captured with new or enhanced technology solutions.
  • Lead Sales Technology Engagement practice for Field training, Technical Onboarding Support and Customer Integration
  • Lead Enterprise Product Management practice for feature products, tools, ATDConnect and EDI etc.
  • Ensure that projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements
  • Track progress of development projects and take appropriate actions to assure delivery schedules are met
  • Manage monthly expenditures to meet or beat budget
  • Effective recruitment, management, and development of promotable talent.
  • Manage to both a capital and opex budget
  • Drive revenue growth, loyalty and increased engagement through connectivity to ATD’s digital portfolio

  • Education:  Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree, in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related engineering field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience working in software sales or software delivery as a product/program manager.

  • Proven track record in effectively leading and managing teams to produce on-time, high-quality deliverables with a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated experience working with broad cross-functional teams with ability to sell ideas and plans to internal constituencies, executives, customers, commercial team, analysts, and partners, strong strategy, product management, consulting, marketing, business, technology experience and understanding of e-Commerce best practices.
  • Successful track record of facilitating remote multi-stakeholder teams to make decisions.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, matrix organizational environment with an aggressive multi-project schedule, strong analytical abilities and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong market and customer centric orientation.
  • Demonstrable intermediate- to-advanced level proficiency in MS-Office including MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint, with strong technology industry background in software, hardware and networking environments, experience with a web analytics tool such as Core-Metrics or Omniture, broad working knowledge of project management skills, problem solving, conflict resolution, decision-making skills, financial and analytical skills, and experience working in agile development environments..

  • Travel required: 60+% of the time, travel throughout the U.S. and may require overnight stays.
