Position Description: 

Reporting to the Procurement Operations Director, the Procurement Systems Administrator will be responsible for the administration of the technology platform (Coupa). They will also provide procurement data reporting, monitoring of company-wide procurement performance, and other support services for the indirect sourcing and procurement leadership. This individual will also support supplier onboarding and ad-hoc functions.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Procurement Management

  • Understand mapping of Coupa data to legacy systems, bulk data uploads, maintenance of integration with legacy systems, configuration and updates in the Coupa system.
  • Act as an escalation point for stakeholders and platform representative in the context of larger organizational and technical discussions.
  • Provide customer guidance in the areas of application support and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Coordinate testing across the platform according to defined test strategy, release strategy, and best practices across test environments.
  • Document and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 issues for system users. Escalate critical items to the designated parties.
  • Understand the complete data flow from Oracle to Coupa to Oracle at a detailed level.
  • Help troubleshoot issues that users may have which could be data, process, Coupa configuration or integration related.
  • Root cause, document and work with IT/Coupa to resolve any integration related errors.
  • Review Coupa release notes and apply them to the ATD configuration and processes.
  • Validate and test Coupa release roll-out and change management activities.
  • Ensure that all eProcurement system configuration (e.g., users, approvals, and filters) are set up in accordance with ATD’s procurement policies
  • Conduct regularly scheduled maintenance of the eProcurement platform and requisite data elements
  • Serve as liaison between ATD and Procurement technology support service.
  • Train identified resources to serve as secondary administrators.  This would include tool configuration, data maintenance/management, help desk support, and transactional support

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Technology or other quantitative discipline)
  • Experience with Coupa and Oracle in an administrative capacity
  • Procurement/accounts payable experience

  • Experience interacting with various lines of business; especially during release testing periods

Additional Details (work environment, travel, etc.)

  • Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to office conditions prevalent at the time.  The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
  • Travel Required: Approximately 10% of the time, including travel throughout Canada and to the US.
