Position Description: 

The Order & Replenishment Manager will lead a team of Order Analysts that accomplishes a wide variety of ordering and replenishment activities as noted below. This team is responsible for accurate and timely vendor order placement/management and replenishment forecast review. The position requires a working knowledge of all job responsibilities in the Orders and Replenishment department.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility of leading, managing and coaching the Order Analyst team.  This includes performance reviews, corrective actions, recruiting, work load assignment and accountability of accuracy, time card management and training.
  • Manages the execution of weekly forecasting (Supply Plan) to ensure proper stocking of inventory necessary to support corporate inventory goals and guidelines at the DC and sku level.
  • Drives the daily execution of replenishment (MinMax) orders and transfers for domestic vendors for all ATD & NTD Distribution Centers.  As well as Sales Orders and Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) reconciliation (including PCR/price updates), terms, and discrepancy maintenance. Accounts for ~75% of ATD’s purchases. (~25,000,000 P< units annually + other groups)
  • Accountable for and maintains vendor transportation and logistics schedules to reflect the volume of shipments into Distribution Centers.  Leads Driver Assist reporting for reimbursement and detention charges ~ $3m annually.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient execution of all mailboxes used to support business transactions – Orders, Transfers, Procurement, Discrepancies and Tire Pros.

Experience(s) that Best Prepares You: 

  • Education - Associate or Bachelor’s  degree from college or university required
  • Experience – 2-5 years business experience required in inventory/purchasing/logistics/supply chain
  • 1-3 years of strong business analytics predicting and responding to rapidly emerging trends
  • Industry and product exposure a plus
  • Supervisory experience required 1 – 3 years
