Position Description: 

The primary and ultimate responsibility of the Marketing Analyst – Proprietary Brands is to support American Tire Distributors’ efforts to build brand awareness for its proprietary brands by preparing and project managing marketing & communications projects, internally and externally focused, using the latest technology-based tools.

  • Digital Marketing Support
    • Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns across paid channels and recommend improvements
    • Work with stakeholders and external agencies to research and evaluate keywords, market behavior, trends and competitors for identifying new opportunities for
    • Identify keyword and display performance trends and insights at a large scale using real-time performance data
    • Be able to support the team in building and deploying SEM campaigns and continually optimize through ad copy testing, keyword analysis and bidding strategy
    • Create, update, and maintain regular performance reports and share with internal
    • Manage our websites and contribute to our overall digital strategy and presence
    • Assist with social media
  • Email Marketing Support
    • Engage existing customer base and attract new customers through creative marketing Email campaign and drip campaigns creation and implementation, email list segmentation and tracking performance and automation. 
    • Optimize for open rate, click-through rate, and response rate, interpret metrics;
  • Program Support
    • Assist with development and management of training program
    • Manage marketing collateral inventory and restocking process, fulfill individual requests
    • Support co-marketing efforts with dealers (we’ve received lots of requests on how we can help our dealers with their marketing efforts)
    • Assist with product launch activities
    • Coordinate support requests from Tire Buyer and Tire Pros
    • Attend events and meetings as needed
    • Manage collecting updates for Power Playbook and Talking Points
    • Assist with the creation of presentation materials
    • Manage Hercules Playbook marketing assets for dealers
    • Create monthly, quarterly analytical review of KPI’s
    • Support Program Manager and Social Media Manager on projects as needed
  • Requirements
    • 3-5 Years Experience
    • Must be a Google Analytics pro
    • Marketo Experience
    • Advanced understanding of marketing execution channels: email, microsites, organic and paid media, syndicated content, webinars, direct mail and in-person engagements
    • Understanding  of subscriber acquisition and subscriber retention
