Position Description: 

The primary role of this positioin is to maintain the integrity of the inventory by cycle counting, receiving, bin maintenance, RTS procedures, adjustments, overstock identification and disposition, execution of full physical inventory and the broad range of inventory analysis, initiate and execute corporate programs concerning cycle counts and cycle inventory on periodic basis, champion, prepare and execute the branch’s two full physical inventories per year.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and execute corporate programs concerning cycle counts and cycle inventory on periodic basis
  • Coordinate incoming receipt of product into the Center warehouse, including auditing for integrity, interact with other departments to ensure usage of system generated purchase orders
  • Maintain the integrity of the locator system with regards to bin maintenance at a  level acceptable to the Company, ensure the branch’s RTS and adjustment processes are in compliance with company policies
  • Identify overstock for disposition.  Track inventory flow to comply with corporate goals of turns per year, champion, prepare and execute the branch’s two full physical inventories per year.

Experience(s) that Best Prepares You:                                   

  • Education:  Minimum High School diploma or GED required
  • Experience:  Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inventory control; prefer experience with locator systems.
  • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the company, in its discretion, may find appropriate and acceptable.
