Position Description: 

The analyst, human capital analytics, will contribute to the company’s success by providing analytical, strategic and project management support by collecting and analyzing human capital data and metrics. This is a position responsible for analyzing data and providing insights, particularly as they relate to talent management, learning and engagement. This position will be responsible for ensuring the data is accurate and translates into clear, concise and business-relevant manner to key stakeholders.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support HR initiatives by consolidating data, performing analyses and interpretation/evaluation, summarize results and key trends, update materials and prepare reports and presentations.
  • Maintain the integrity of the human capital dashboards, develop documentation and support materials for workforce planning techniques and tools, examine and identify key trends and gaps in the data using intermediate to advanced methods; support the production process of workforce planning reporting and analysis for internal HR and external business line customers.
  • Ultimately act as subject matter expert on key HR reporting systems including identifying reporting and analysis problems and working with management to resolve them, understanding and reconciling gaps/overlaps/apparent contradictions among and within reports and reporting tools, investigating possible methods of improving data collection and reporting processes for the HR community and ensuring compliance to HR reporting quality standards.
  • Work proactively and independently with HR business team partners to perform analysis of relevant human capital metrics, uncover and interpret trends in data and produce substantiated recommendations.
  • Create regular and ad-hoc reports, data mining, data consulting and data analysis as needed; perform basic statistical modeling and forecasting.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, statistics or related field and up to two (2) years of experience in HR, finance or operations research; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
  • Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
  • Human capital management and HR information systems technology and reporting experience.
