Position Description: 

This position will work closely with executive leadership of ATD to establish and review new strategic digital direction for Tire Pros organization. This position will design, build, implement, measure and drive growth of Tire Pros digital assets and website to drive brand, consumer awareness and conversion. This position will work with key business partners across the company’s finance organization to develop and standardize digital strategies to bring Tire Pros dealerships to the forefront of innovation in the dealer marketplace. This position will lead initiatives for future features and enhancements for digital assets and justify the ROI. This position will interact with all the Tire Pros dealer councils and dealership to solicit feedback on direction for growth and be the digital voice for Dealers within the company.

Requirements

  • Education:   BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or BA in related field is required
  • Experience:  
  • 4-5 years of experience in managing digital assets for a high-traffic eCommerce website
  • 4-5 years of experience working with best-in-class eCommerce services/tools, including Marketing, A/B Testing, Geo Targeting, Personalization, Search, Mobile Commerce
  • 5+ years of experience in developing detailed business cases
  • 5+ years of experience in Web Product Management for a Fortune 500 company website.
  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce Pricing Optimization

Key Competencies:

  • Ecommerce Platform and Marketing experience with a $10+ million in revenue site.
  • Self-Starter who is driven and accountable for own responsibilities and decisions, and accustomed to working in a changing environment
  • HTML and CSS knowledge
  • Strategic thinking and ability to prioritize projects based on goals/vision of company.
  • Strong decision-maker who is accountable for key business decisions
  • Detail-oriented, and can deliver projects within tight timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and listening skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to varying audiences
  • Must have the desire and experience to build and manage detailed business requirements, and business cases.
  • Ability to effectively maintain/build relationship across business groups
  • Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
  • Advanced level proficiency in MS-Office including; MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong understanding of Web eCommerce best practices and Web 3.0 technologies
  • Think Innovatively:  Identify and act on ideas which further the Company’s strategic goals
  • Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, and conversion rates
  • Suggests areas for improvement in processes along with possible solutions
