Position Description: 

The primary responsibility of the Regional Marketing Manager is to aid in the development of the annual marketing plan and budgets for franchisees within their assigned region, including both local and regional campaign execution and measurement. In addition, the Regional Marketing Manager will provide ongoing consultation and value through ongoing media plan audits and make recommendations for improving ROI, increasing brand awareness and driving more traffic to stores through marketing strategies including: tracking, allocating and exhausting manufacturer cooperative funds in unison with incremental marketing budget management, expand and develop marketing campaigns to grow customer count and overall gross profit, creative development and brand management, strategic alignment with Approved Vendor marketing programs. The Regional Marketing Manager will also work directly with the Director of Marketing and the Retail Marketing Specialist to help develop strategies to meet key corporate goals, including driving brand awareness and increasing traffic and retail sell-out within their territory.

Marketing Execution

Customer Relationship Management / Account Management 

Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex existing customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers within the customer organization and to enable effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues.

Manage ongoing relationships with identified customer segments to ensure their needs are met, providing themes, summary analyses, and recommendations for changes based on customer input. 

Brand Positioning 

Manage the alignment of all the elements of the brand positioning with the brand strategy and the marketing goals. 

Stakeholder Engagement 

Develop stakeholder engagement through identifying stakeholders, finding out their needs/issues/concerns and reacting to these to support the communication of business information and decisions. 


Understand and communicate in person national marketing efforts to align with local marketing efforts

Attend national marketing meetings and support Marketing Managers

Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.

Formulate, direct, or coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote products or services, working with advertising or promotion managers. 

Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. 

Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction. 

Compile lists describing product or service offerings. 

Direct the hiring, training, or performance evaluations of marketing or sales staff and oversee their daily activities. 

Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color, or packaging. 

Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. 

Negotiate contracts with vendors or distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks or developing distribution strategies. 

Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, or production managers, to market products or services. 

Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand. 

Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding environmentally sound or sustainable products. 

Initiate market research studies or analyze their findings. 

Conduct economic or commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products or services. 

Confer with legal staff to resolve problems, such as copyright infringement or royalty sharing with outside producers or distributors. 

Recommend modifications to products, packaging, production processes, or other characteristics to improve the environmental soundness or sustainability of products. 

Advise business or other groups on local, national, or international factors affecting the buying or selling of products or services. 

Select products or accessories to be displayed at trade or special production shows. 

Develop business cases for environmental marketing strategies. 

Integrate environmental information into product or company marketing strategies, policies, or activities.

General Experience 

Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others (Over 3 years to 6 years) 

5 years of Digital Marketing Experience

Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook certifications a plus

Travel expectations 50% - Must be flexible as travel may be a case by case basis to ensure the needs of our dealers

Must be available to attend new prospect meeting in region

Must be available to attend quarterly Owners Think Tank and TPU meetings in person
