Position Description: 

The Product Manager is a key delivery role in digital application development team. The key responsibility of the Product Manager is to be the communication conduit between key system users and the IT development team to translate business needs into project requirements documentation. The Product Manager must have a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and existing business applications to evaluate how new project requirements impact those processes and ensure integrity throughout the entire process. Advises development teams of future business applications needs in order to formulate and recommend project strategies to keep pace with the business demands.



Deliver support services (mostly of a routine nature) by using product management systems and protocols.

Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems.


Deliver small project workstreams, carrying out specified project activities within defined time and quality parameters and ensuring adherence to the prescribed project management methodology.

Build and populate dashboards and reporting mechanisms to capture results and improvement opportunities for digital initiatives.


Collate and analyze data using pre-set tools, methods and formats. Involves working independently.

Research data from digital product/service performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for product/service improvement.

Help manage internal clients by carrying out standard activities and providing support to others.


Help to prepare training for digital areas within existing programs. Deliver targeted, standardized training programs (or pieces of larger training programs) for digital areas using prepared content and working under the supervision of senior colleagues.
