Position Description:
The Customer Care Specialist will ensure all shop/dealer members have a positive experience with Installed Parts Group (IPG). This role is focused on providing a best-in-class experience for unique needs that shop/dealer members have come to expect. The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for receiving and making calls to shop/dealer members daily. This role will support shop/dealer customers of IPG’s Auto Part Supply Partners and American Tire Distributors (ATD).
This role is an in-office position working in the IPG home office located in Rock Spring, GA. 30739
What you will do:
Ensure a phenomenal first impression for our shop/dealer members.
Manage customer accounts within Auto Part Supply Partners, ATD and IPG by engaging in phone calls and/or emails.
Provide exceptional support and assistance to shop/dealer members, Auto Part Supply Partners, and ATD.
Educate new shop/dealer members on the IPG web portal navigation.
Build relationships with shop/dealer members.
Help shop/dealer members understand how the IPG benefits help them be more successful.
Help shop/dealer members understand how to get their account IPG activated with their auto parts suppliers.
Create an engaging and conversational learning environment.
Own the IPG onboarding experience for Auto Part Supply Partners, and ATD customers from end-to-end.
Communicate consistently with IPG members ensuring they receive proper instruction throughout the activation process.
Bridge the gap between supply partner representatives and participating shop members.
Facilitate White Glove Redemption Services for shop/dealers redeeming IPG Reward Points outside the online catalog.
Maintain communication with technology partners to ensure continuity between all systems.

Experience:
1-2 years of work experience in or related to customer service.
A strong communicator who can create an engaging virtual environment.
A process-oriented individual with great organization and multi-tasking skills.
Able to manage both big picture planning and day to day coordination.
Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to quickly build trust with shop/dealer members.
Can work in a company office with a small staff.
Recommended knowledge of Excel and Microsoft products.
Work collaboratively with other departments and functional teams to coordinate effective solutions.
Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a passion for solving problems while being resourceful.
Demonstrated ability to influence and build trusted relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders, and across boundaries.
